- What's your personal philosophy on what should be done about renewables and solar industry?
In my view, a sustainable future heavily relies on embracing the potential of solar and other renewables. I believe in fostering sustainable practices and promoting the widespread adoption of renewable energy sources like solar power. And I am happy to contributing to this mission.
- As a part of the PV team, what sorts of trends do you see?
Being part of the PV team, I observe a rising interest in smart technologies and continuous advancements, especially in materials. I can see how those trends enhance the overall performance of PV systems.
- What do you do when you aren't working?
For me it is very important to have a life work balance, that’s why I prefer to spend my free time as much productive as I can. My biggest passion is traveling. Also I like to spend time with my friends, cooking, going to the gym, knitting and learning languages.
- Tell me how you first got involved in with Greenbuddies
To Greenbuddies I was introduced by one of my closest friend. I already knew about the company before and, impressed by their mission, I knew I wanted to proactively embrace it and leave a positive “mark”. Since the company was growing fast, I felt very lucky to have the opportunity to be part of this wonderful team.

- What has surprised you most about working with Greenbuddies?
What surprised me most about working at Greenbuddies was the friendly team and the atmosphere. Across the company, through all positions and departments, there is a willingness to help each other and work as a team. Despite the current size of the company, Greenbuddies still retains elements of a start-up, and it shows positively in the company culture.
- What do you find most challenging about your job?
Since Greenbuddies operates in several European markets, I consider the biggest challenge to be understanding foreign tax policy.
- The interest in your work seems to be growing. Why do you think that is?
Working in an environment with professionals who are passionate about their work is motivating and makes me want to develop my skills and move on in my career. Greenbuddies provides opportunities for young people to kick-start their careers, learn a lot, and have the opportunity to go into work that is fun and meaningful.
- What do you do when you aren't working?
When I'm not working, I spend time with friends and family. I also like to get outdoors to recharge my batteries and explore the world through travel.

- What do you find most challenging about your job?
As the person responsible for the operation of the company offices, IT equipment, and the car fleet, I try to deal with any problems that arise promptly and, at the same time, keep a good mood as much as possible. Every day is different, and a person in this position is guaranteed not to get bored. As our team grows, so does the agenda. I really appreciate my job for its variety and contact with people.
- What has surprised you most about working with Greenbuddies?
I joined the Greenbuddies team at the very beginning of 2018, and I have to admit that I still enjoy the positive and active spirit of the company. Comparing my experience with other companies I have worked for, the friendly and inspiring mood in the company is really exceptional and motivates people to do their job selflessly.
- As a part of the PV team, what sorts of trends do you see?
Thanks to the overall emphasis on the promotion of renewable sources, there is also a change in the view of the whole segment within the Czech Republic. It is great that we can be part of this wave and finally implement installations at home in the Czech Republic to help the economy. In addition to large-scale units, there has been a huge increase in interest in small-scale installations on private homes and apartment blocks, which will allow more players in our sector to get involved.
