Nella Maslák

• What was your first impression of Greenbuddies?

When I joined the company, I was pleasantly surprised by how nice and friendly the people from GB are and how great the team works here.

• If you could change one thing about the solar industry, what would it be?

Since I work at Greenbuddies Consulting, I would simplify the permitting process for PV construction.

• What do you do when you're not working?

When I'm not working, I try to divide my free time into two parts: the part I spend with my children and the time I spend with friends. I like to travel and play sports, especially skiing.

Jan Noga

• What was your first impression of Greenbuddies?

I was pleasantly surprised that everyone at Greenbuddies loves their job and cares about the company. I worked in a large industrial concern before and I didn't feel that there.

• What do you find most challenging about your job?

Sometimes the language barrier makes my job difficult.

• What do you do when you're not working?

My form of relaxation is mountain biking. So whenever I have free time, I try to find the perfect trail.

Lukáš Bílek

• What do you consider to be the biggest challenge in your work?

Project management as a complex business issue: to make people make sense of what's really going on; to achieve multiple things every day; to get results so we can move on and have a better day than the day before.

• What do you think will change in the PV world in the next five years?

I think the world is going through many fundamental changes now and the issue of renewable energy is more important than ever. So PV, new technologies, engineering, new business ideas and solutions will be more in demand than ever before.

• If you weren't in Greenbuddies, what would you be doing instead or what would your life be like?

It can be described in a few words, which are: international relations and languages; travel and integration abroad; a sporty and creative mind, always looking for new opportunities and getting involved in studies, project management and start-up environments. So if I wasn't involved in Greenbuddies, I would be looking for this job.
