Project management of solar installations
Our team of project managers is able to communicate in many languages (English, German, Dutch, Croatian, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Russian, Spanish, French, Italian, etc.) to ensure a smooth, fast, and error-free handover of requirements between the client and the on-site implementation team. In addition to language skills, each PM has additional expertise that can be used in challenging situations such as geological assessments regarding pre-drilling, pile driving for substructures or carports, or solutions for foundations for battery storage.
Site managers supervise the construction of PV plants on site
On ground installations above 5 MWp and rooftop installations above 2 MWp, our experienced site managers provide expert supervision, HSE supervision, daily detailed reporting of the work carried out, quality assurance, and quality control. Also, due to their knowledge of the local language, they arrange via local specialist companies for surveying, pre-drilling, and concreting of piles, HV connections, and other specialised engineering services such as foundations for substations or service roads.
Construction, erection, and electrical work is usually done Monday through Saturday to expedite construction as much as possible and get all work done within the agreed upon time. When managing projects, it is important to be prepared to deal with (and resolve) unexpected situations and to be available to the client at any time, even during our Czech national holidays, as they often do not coincide with the holidays of the country where we work.
